Why Lindsay Lohan used drugs

In 2007, Lohan was arrested for drunk driving, two counts of cocaine possession and went to a rehab three times. She now calls the incidents 'stupid and childish' and explains that she used cocaine, because she was 'stubborn and wanted to see what it was like'.

Nowadays, a therapist is helping the actress, who became famous at a very young age. She's also attending weekly alcohol education sessions.

Lindsay admitted that she feared for her life during substances abuse, but she has learned to embrace life and hopes her story will resonate with other young people. 'I've made some dreadful mistakes, but learned from them – that has probably saved my life'.
