Grand opening party of the Brazilian Film Festival CINEBRASIL on 17 of March!

For the fifth year in a roll the Brazilian Film Festival CINEBRASIL cinema is here to offer an exotic adventure to the Berlin audience. This time held in spring, between 18 and 21 of March, the festival is celebrating its opening in a one of a kind party: a live performance of the Brazilian-German group Bê, presented by Cinemanegro in cooperation with HOUSE 13.

Bê is a musical project of Betina Ignacio, a Brazilian singer who grew up in Germany, and the German drummer Mark Schmidt. The fusion of the different backgrounds creates a funky Samba sounding and jazzy Bossa nova taste of the pop music. The soft voice of Betina is coming to you as a reminiscence of Sade, while you are entertained by the Brazilian guitar, Edmundo Carneiro’s percussions, the funky bass and the crunchy drums performances.

In the live concert Bê fascinates the audience not only with the music, but also with their dance performance. The vibe is so powerful, that it is impossible for anyone in the audience to stay still!

The party starts at 21.00 and will continue until your feet can’t hold you anymore. The ambiance is assured by DJs Ronaldo Bossa & Chris Heller, both DJs from Suba.
